  Do you talk to them at all?
  
  for mine...we tried...exchanged numbers...but they kept calling to complain abt maids...spying on maids...what they do..what they talk abt...

  Last time... after we moved house about 12 years ago... no more liao. Nowadays, only my father talks to my neighbours...

  so far, my neighbours are all nice ple. always give each other food. i love the malay food, esp during their hari raya.
  one of my neighbour quite close with me, always go out together.

  I have a very scary neighbour...who always stalks on us...like when we're leaving...she will open the door to see us...those kind of stuff...
