Thats why u need to make sure they all understand. Feed back. And have someone bring in all the department. Like me , i always clash with the Lab department. Sometimes i dun go off well with the planning department also at the Holdings company. but its all about getting people to understand.. but as it gets lower to the chain of command it gets harder and more frustrating because they simply dun understand...Originally posted by Mospeada:i know...
