· Males only aged 21- 55 years old
· Non-smokers or ex-smokers only
· BMI : 18-30 kg/m2 Weighs more than 50kg
· Have not participated in other studies 3 months before study starts.
· No Drug Allergies
· No lactose intolerance
· No abnormal day time awake, night time sleep cycle.
-Consists of 4 periods of 3 days 2 nights stay, 2 morning outpatient visits and 1 follow-up visit.
(Participants must complete ALL 5 periods)
Screening dates for Groups 1 & 2: 26/12/07 or 2/1/08 (8am or 12noon)
Additional X-Ray appointment on 31/12/07 or 4/1/08
Study B- Group 1
Period 1:
Admission (12noon): 16/1/08 and stay till 18/1/08 at 11am discharge
Morning outpatient visit (1hr): 19/1/08
Morning outpatient visit (1hr): 20/1/08
Period 2:
Admission (12noon): 23/1/08 and stay till 25/1/08 at 11am discharge
Morning outpatient visit (1hr): 26/1/08
Morning outpatient visit (1hr): 27/1/08
Period 3:
Admission (12noon): 30/1/08 and stay till 1/2/08 at 11am discharge
Morning outpatient visit (1hr): 2/2/08
Morning outpatient visit (1hr): 3/2/08
Period 4:
Admission (12noon): 13/2/08 and stay till 15/2/08 at 11am discharge
Morning outpatient visit (1hr): 16/2/08
Morning outpatient visit (1hr): 17/2/08
Follow-up (4hrs) on 25/2/08 -> End of study -
