during the meeting the HR was asking us to list down 2 qualities that the red and yellow company can use as value proposition to future employees and also one threat
out of 11, only 3 listed work life balance as the threat...
easy for them to say, cos they all snr mgt...hardly need to stay late...the latest is 8pm ....once in very long long time -
