Previous job with handover done the full day & they just hold back pay for more than 6 months
Even went back to office to check what happen but they just give all kind of excuses
Send them email until want to go MOM to settle, they oso not scare
Heard from previous colleague that the company always do that to staff who quit
Finally after many reminders then they release pay
