he drives so damn slow and carefully...
hogs the damn road and contribute to the traffic jams...
he goes at 5km/h when goin up the carpark ramp and u can see the line of cars behind in the side mirror...
and he takes something like 5 mins to park his size S car...
and the best part...
he never gets the car straight and in the middle of the lot...
