Date: 16 Aug, Thursday (lanes booked already..) prolly play 2 - 3 games only...
Venue: u know where
Time: 7.00 (if meeting 4 dinner 1st), 8.00pm SHARP (if only meeting 4 bowling)

to think just days before i reinjured it, i was thinking of getting a 15lb or 16lb ball as i was starting to feel my 14lb was too light -

yeah.. i used to be able to bowl whatever way.. hook, spin, straight brute force...
if i am all right, i'll stick to spin bowling.. light ball.. probably 9lb or 10lb...
can buy a plastic flat spinner
maybe see if i can score one clear plastic one with something inside.. something like this
