i have been thinking....is my brain really rusty or am i jut not cut out for the job/position that i am holding now
well...i personally feel i am up to the mark...and i have shown instances when i contributed.
the factors that attributed to today's situation are
1. Everyone is dumping projects that are not defined as their daily bread and butter activities, eg....customer audit...stupid sales is roping me into this and expecting me to lead...what do i have to do with this?
2. Everyone is wearing 2 or more hats in the company...and when they are in their default hat...they are just so reluctant to wear their project hats...
........
