  I believe such a statement is not to be taken literally but is actually a direct translation from Chinese - chou nan ren.
  
  So even if Mossy bathes 2 - 3 times a day, he still stinks if his behavior warrants it.........

  This is genetics issue liao. Men sweat easily and has more oily scalp and hair. Not to mention bad breath...
