For me.. I guess most of the times I'll clear.. but if my hands got too many things to carry.. then i won't..

Yes, I will empty it myself.
Don't you all feel ashamed of yourselves? It's a "self-service" restaurant, although staff are on hand to mop up spills and clear trays from tables without customers. You bring the tray to the table from the counters yourself, so clear it yourself.
