The solution...Start a debt day... Where everyone had to repay their debt to the owner.
Make a 2 week grace period...
1 week before debt day, people can chiong to make money, no restriction to the working hour.
During Debt day, all people had to returned the money to its' owner before 12am
Whoever denied their debts can held 1 session of free lawsuit in the subordinate court within 1 week from the Debt day. Thereafter, if the owner still want to presued, lawer's fee and court's fee will be discount.
Cool isn't it? For those who still had a lot of bad debt from others can get back their money soon. For those who owe people a lot of money can clear their guilt soon. For those "bo chap" fella can have 1 holiday. For lawers will have extra income. For the judge will not get so bored.
