Death of Pillion Riders

Kops21 has been following the recent debates on Death to Pillon Riders with interest. My questions:
1) Should motorcycle riders be punished for causing the death of the pillon rider? No matter it is or ain't their fault?
2) Should TP be VERY stringent on upholding what is taught during Basic/Advanced Theory lessons to those actual? Eg Bike should not Zig-Zag between lanes, car should treat motorcycles as a normal size car while travelling?
3) Should car drivers be punished for causing the death of car passengers? No matter it is or ain't their fault?
All of us travel on the road everyday and each of us has our experiences and near misses. Lets share
Also identity whether you have a motorcycles/motorcars license so that we know which views you are coming from? -
kops21 have class 3, but does have unqualified license for class 2 too.
In order to curb speeding and aggressive driving, drivers of the vehicle should be punishable for all the injury that happen to their pillion or passenger, if the court finds that they are guilty of negligence.
Yes, losing or hurting a friend or family members is painful enough for the drivers. But how many drivers out there can think of the consequence when they step on the accelerator or drive recklessly or even drink driving?
Motorcycle and Motorcar drivers should respect each other rights of way. Eg Motorcar drivers should not force a fellow motorcycle off the road because it is driving in the middle of the road(as a normal car), likewise, motorcycle should drive like a normal car and wait patiently behind another motorcar(during slow traffic) and not zigzag between cars.
For the pedestrian, do not think that you are the KING of the road; motor vehicle will have to give way to you. How many of us will dash/or slowly walk across the traffic lights when the green man just about to turn RED? motorist should not be punishable when the fault does not lies on that when accident happens, ALAS the law does not agreed.
