I signed up with Singtel on 28 Jan 2012 and bought a Samsung Galaxy Note. As I was not able to stream video, I took the phone to Samsung forservicing. Samsung took a long while to resolve the issue and only managedto do so after removing my singtel SIM card and replacing it with a starhubSIM card. Two possible reasons: faulty SIM card or poor broadband. I went to singtel to replace the card but still has the same problem. Icalled singtel and but the problem remains. i have written toÂ
