Can sumone plz tell wats going on with starhub???they claim to have system failure every single time n wen they're doing their 'servicing', they dun even bother to inform their users.n now my main balance has been deducted of over $16 after i used the internet on my mobile with the pp8 plan that usually costs me $2 for 24 hrs.r they trying to screw with us or wat???if tis goes on, they might as well close down.
They are all screwing with us. Don't bother with Mio also, always intermittent connection.

The thing that keeps me with Starhub was my bad experience with Shitel...
They charged me for things i did not use...bills which i expect to come around 30 plus came to around 100-200 plus...
And also what happen to the desktop set for cable tv. Dont know 1-1 exchange how many times liao...

This month I was charge about $102 for my singtel bill...and I dont know where I throw the bill...I am gonna cancel my singtel line very soon.

starhub charges rubbish... i was charged 2 HD box n 4 extra digital units when i only 1 HD box and 4 digital units.... contacted them for the past 2 mths n they dun even bother... told them that i not paying the nxt bill then they do smtng abt it... f-er....
