  hi ! i can't crack the password, so unable to get the owner too , in the end, i brought it to the police post.

  actually even wif the code u can sell at some shops..my uncle did when he found a hp tourists drop...but expensive phones u found..most likely owner report...thats why go JB sell there..police wont interfere
