Some customers even vent their anger on the staffs......but hor, this new Nokia Care Center ( with new management ) still looks the same as the former ones operate ( owns? ) by ACCS. Still the same ah-beng ah-lian technical staffs......
During the 2 hours I was there just now, despite the long waiting q, I stll sees two of them leaves their counter and goes for a smoke before returning to continue their work.
