Now because now abit hard to smoke during work,so smoke at home mostly. One morning can smoke 2 cig; 1 after l wake up before brushing teeth,the other one while walking to the bus stop....
1 cig after meals,and a-must 1 before I sleep,if not, I will have nightmares....
Me rarely smoke menthol causes it's abit irriating to my throat and alot of mulkius....
Me smoke Lights most of the time but medium is still my fave......

i use to smoke, reds, salem, consulate, (tis is my favourite, use to be my trademark, hehe....cos its damn menthol, but the tar too much liao, even higher than reds) tried smoking camel non filtered for a while, but tis is too much for my little lungs...then now permanently menthol lights, which is so boring -
kaoz me also fully licensed smoker.. anywhere anytime..
that's why now trying to quit.. is so damn hard!
and this thread keeps reminding me that i feel like smoking..

i haven't fully quit.. from 25-30 a day to 5-7... been doing this for about a week liow.. or has it only been a few days..??
