argh.... freaking painful (NOTE: rant thread)

  argh!!!! been having freaking gastric every nite for the past 3 days!!! freaking pain like anything. not those normal gastric pain but those super sharp, super acidic, feel like vomitting kind. i thot i had recovered from this when i had 3 weeks of gastic-less bliss. argh!!! freak freak freak!!!!
  
  ciao everyone. moi gonna rest for the nite, this pain really sucks big time....

  been told to stay off milk, dairy, caffine, soft drinks, spicy and oily stuff.....
