Why do I want to be in a call centre environment
hahhaha..
I said: Because I am aware of the culture and environment that I would be working under if i was with Optus. My friend has recommended me to Optus knowing that I would be excellent in that environment. And I have been working for SIngtel which is the parent company of Optus and i am aware of the benefits of working for Singtel. Plus I need KPIs and recognition that I am doing a good job. I believe a call centre environment can validate my success and I know that I am doing a good job when i secure a customer.
HHAHAHHAAHHA.. god.. I wanna laugh. -
I think i excel in BSing. People seem to take me more seriously when I'm doing so. I wonder why they don't even notice!

I used to be darn good at presentations.
Whenever someone asked a question.. blah blah blah ra ra ra.. i used to answer back really well ahha.
And.. at interviews. Waaahh who would have thought that I could spit out stuff like that?!
