  Yeah, the spaghetti sauce was good - I'd recommend using fresh pasta, though, because it hangs on to the the sauce better. In the absence of that, you can also use Hokkien noodles. Dunno about chives - maybe a touch of oregano instead?

  ah... fresh pasta... i'll try it out after I'm finally out of the army. then i can spend a whole day trying out pasta making.
