  15mins update on rain condition all over the island.
  
  Anyway, Sengkang rain don't know what time start. Now stop liao but clouds are still here so i think it might start again.

  Rained about an hour in Ang Mo Kio but now stopped already.. Don't look like it's gonna rain again though, since there are no major dark clouds spotted..
