  Ok.. i notice a severe lack of fashion topics in sgforums.
  
  So everyday.. or rather.. as and when i feel like it, I will post what not to wear and what to wear! This season's fashions trends and pitfalls.
  
  Hot
  
  -Smoky eyes have never been more sizzling hot. Black is the now again.. as if it had ever gone away. Bear in mind, everything else is best kept simple .. unless you are on the catwalk or photo studio.
  -Mod Squad is back. Marc Jacobs has made retro cool.. everything is 60s' now. Think Jackie O (yes.. Gucci's jackie O too) Classic revival. Wear with ballet flats .. pastel colours have been hot hot hot last summer, will it continue?
  -Louis Vuittons' new bags (only if you have >$4000) Y2K collection!! Yes.. no more run of the mill monograms darls!
  
  -Gucci's waistpouch refuses to go away!

  -Cargos with Heels
  -JLo
  -Big chunky gold
  -Bad fakes of Murakami

  smart chic casual.
  i like G2000 shirts with their contemporary cuttings. it goes well with jeans or pants. leaved it tucked out and it conveys a sense of casualness yet smartness.

  platforms look STUPID! always have looked stupid... have not met a single man who thought they looked good... so why did women put on them ankle-breakers when they were "in style"?

  I've got towering 4 inch stilettos. But wearing those, i can't walk on the road. It is purely for red carpet events. hahah.
  In the 70s they were hot.. hahah.. maybe retro might come back.

  i can't wear too high heels when going out... wun be able to walk long... and will have backache also...

  Normally i fall on my face and embarrass myself right? ahahha..
  But these were darn stable. I'm telling you girl.. pay peanuts get monkeys.. I was dancing like a maniac too! Somehow i managed not to fall as well. ahahh..
  My feet did hurt really bad at the end of the night. WHOA!
  But to be pretty!! I'd go through hell.

  and to think i've ever slip and bruise my kneecap wearing a 2 inch heels?? anyway, i think i've got problems walking... dun have a good walking posture...
  very unbalanced.... heheeh... usually can see that the heels will be worn out lop-sided... din realise that earlier as i'm always in flip flops and sneakers...

  Actually the problem can be seen very obviously on the soles of sneakers too. But sneakers will be gentler to your legs while you correct your posture.

  Aiyah.. girlfriend, there's nothing embarrassing! I fell so many times when i was in JC. hahaha.. walking down the slope towards the bus stop.. bam.. fell.. wearing sports shoes some more! ahhaha.!! Don't know why either, must be cos i was in a daze! Hmm... maybe it's the way that you walk girl.

  but i was wearing nice nice office wear... was sooo malu... esp when it's during the morning rush...
  but still managed to pick myself up and look composed... cos me dun wear contacts early in the morning... can't see if anyone's laughing...
  yah.... i think my legs are not straight lor... that's why when wearing heels, it's so obvious that i put pressure on one side of the heels...

  ah... to be very honest, i love my racing shoes. even for the streets, they make great walking shoes. and very trendy too. was all the rage in france when i was there.
