  This is called the "mood swing" period..
  i have this problem too.. haa.. at times feel ok and happy, but at times feel not ok wanting ppl attention and pamper dote me.. haa..
  something wrong with us..
  Maybe part of us wanted to be love and pamper.
  Yet part of us tell us got to be strong... ??
  
  Anyway its what i called "self cornering" !

  i have problems crying out too..
  funny funny.. we share same problems.. hee..
  what i did was called up someone whom i can confid in and pour my heartfelt .. and yes indeed i feel better after that..
  
  sometime i just went round wandering in shopping mall with aircon and crowd around me.. i feel much more at ease maybe its the crowd that made me feel being surrounded by ppl give me a sense of security .. heee
