genetic conditioning taken advantage of by the fast-food people.. so that they can sell more...
where salt, oil and fat are craved by animals, so were we like that in the past where we were cave people...
salt is one of the most important minerals... oils and fats give very high calories for the amount we can eat.. and life then was a struggle to get calories...
with that, the stomach is teased into wanting more.. so your appetite increases.. you want to eat more...
you're not really hungry, but because of genetic conditioning to want more of the fat and salt, you feel hungry.. -
depends..if fast food i eat fast...kinda filling..
if i take my time.. i can eat 2 meals...
or.. 2 meal + 1/2 ..
