  how come tuesday 31st Jan 06 and tues 2nd jan 07 are holidays ah? is this a new policy - that when the holiday-in-lieu falls on another holiday, it will be compensated on the day after the second holiday? dont remember this being practised in the past.

  I think in the past, the chances of a holiday-in-lieu falling on another holiday were very rare, that's why we tend to think it's a new policy?
