OK.......finally got time to post wat I found out.
It's actually to launch a new form of advertisement by Comfort Delgro. They wanna show to clients how it's possible now to do different ways of ads on cars, buses and other forms of outdoor media. Trying different ways instead of the traditional way of billboards and posters. Like the cow we see along the roads catches our attention. -
does this have to do with the cows on erected all over the fields in diff part of singapore?
