hmm food, services of waiter not satisfactory? the restaurant not hygenic enuff?

the oni time i would call a restaurant is usually to check out the latest menu or to book a table....
i would rather be in person and tok to the captain or manager
usually is to complain (eerr....feedback is a nicer word) about the service staff or the food quality....
like how the waiter's attitude, how long the food take to come....is the food of acceptable quality....how attentive the waiter is to ur other orders like topping up of iced water, fetching chilli sauce, clearing the plates..... -

rmb reading somewhere about waiters not really servin a table cos of teh casual wear.. but was like providing very good service to another table where the occupants are like... in designer clothes? -

like i wear t-shirt and jeans to ferragamo and stood there for 10mins and no one bother to attend to me.....all salesgirls flock to the jipoon tourists.....
but if thru the fone, it's kind hard to prove rite? have to be on the spot..... -

yes i would~ cuz sometimes you really need to make a reservation on special occasions and im those who are lazy to go down and make a reservation personally~ so i would call to check on the restuarants no.
