  btw guys har...
  
  need sum help...cuz l tink l lost a part in my gundam...hmm so wonder..where can l buy spare parts..is there any ways or means to get that specific sparepart
  
  hope u all wont ask me buy a new one...

  in our production line or during the transportation. We need to see a picture
  of broken parts or a sprew that has missing parts in the unwrapped plastic bags
  when you ask for a replacement.
  
  2. We also accept a replacement for broken parts or missing parts which
  occurred under customer's responsibility. This replacement will be done free of
  charge but it will be only one time deal. Limited within 4 pieces of parts.

  duotiga...can l go shop those hobby shops and ask them whether they hav the spare parts anot?
  
  and straight away buy from them? isit possible..cuz email and etc..a bit hassle..and where do l go collect those parts?
