  News from this week's gaming mags is that Gundam Musou is coming for the PS3 next year. This title will combine Bandai Namco's "character know-how" with the landscapes & precision motion of Koei's Musou series of games.

  From the early release of this week's Famitsu magazine.
  
  The game development is at 70% and it has been under production since 2 years ago. It will have space battles, movie recreations of scenes from the original anime, gauges like boost and durability. Release date is Spring.
  Confirmed units: Gundam (with Hyper Bazooka, Beam Javelin, Gundam Hammer, and beam rifle), Guncannon, GM, GM Command (space type), Ball, White Base, Char Zaku II, Zaku II, Gouf, Gouf Flight Type, Dom (including Black Tristar), Rick Dom, Elmeth, Gundam Mk-II, Zeta Gundam, GM II (AEUG), Nemo, Hizack (EFF), Marasai, Barzam, Bound Doc, The O, Qubeley, Gaza C, and ZZ Gundam.

  Gundam Musou tidbits
  Rakuten's edigi site gives one or two tiny details: the addition of a dash button gives a sensation of speed not present in any of the past Musou games. The character growth system applies to both the pilot and mobile suit, allowing your characters to become stronger and awaken as a Newtype.

  Gundam Musou game modes
  Tsutaya Online describes three modes of the game: Official Mode allows you to play through battles in the original anime. Original Mode lets you choose from all the game's characters from MSG, Z, & ZZ and play through stages based on situations not in the original anime.   The God Gundam movie is now up. The official site also has new content on the MS page and a section for the Original Mode. The description says "Characters appearing in each production all appear together in the Original Mode. From the first Gundam to the latest Gundam, it's the realization of battles that couldn't be done in the anime!"

  New Gundam Musou MS UPDATED
  The latest issue of Famitsu confirms the Master Gundam and Gundam Epyon as playable units.
  
  Edit: The plot of the Original Mode begins with the different characters finding a mysterious planet and teaming up with other characters there. Domon & Rain meet up with Ple and Milliardo, Heero with Tohofuhai and Jerid, and Loran joins up with Emma and Ple Two.
