i didnt use a brand new one, its just that the hand part is too small, when i try to cut the spur off, too much force used and blood spills off my finger...Originally posted by Gordonator:be careful dude.

actually for small parts if its not that noticable, can just use plier to trim it. -

that's why i like to buy new released kits online at yahoo auction. 1 or 2 days after japan release i can get it liao. cheap price too.

but just got a $20 pair of plier at hobby point. didnt manage to find oil based gundam markers there. and for those who wanted a set of akatsuki full set 1/100, hobby point has his 1 last set now at $112. thats what the uncle told me. -

the freedom gundam took me more than 10 hrs to complete -
finished HG 1/144 Blu Duel Gundam. havent done paneling or painting.
even if i used a plier, im still getting spurs that're very obvious. i heard sanding might help to this problem. anyone here done that before? where can i get sanding equipment for plastic model kits? -
i use nail clipper to clip off the spurs and use penknife to slice off the extra and use the file on the nailclipper to smoothen it.
