Commitment of Players????

Hi guys,
I would like to point out 1 important issue that is concerning our team and that is attendance of our players.
Apart from those few regulars players that turned up for most of our games, I would like to know from those that is not appearing that often or "MIA" for our recent games for the past few months.
I could gladly understand that some of you guys have other commitments like your jobs, personal life, etc. but I think that it is also your duty to update people like Robin, Russ and myself as we are always unsure of your availability to our weekend games.
I hope you guys understand that as much as we would like to make our weekend games an enjoyable one, we would still need all of your co-operation to make it a success, and attendance is always a big headache for me while trying to have a good number of players for the games.
Therefore, I would like to hear from you guys either on this site, or alternatively, please feel free to contact any of the 3 of us.

i will be back this sunday!!
good news is that i hv already put in a req to get every sunday mornin free.... not not sure if will be approve cos i work shift mahz... but i gonna tell them i taking lessons or something!!
P.S... if you guys need guest players... tell me i try get my friend!
He's very good and can play centerback or striker.
Very good finisher.... also good reading of the game.
He play for SAFSA as right/left back.
Play for my team as striker. -
As our Asst Mgr has highlighted, it is understandable that our players are not able to play due to other commitments (e.g. work, family, etc). I think what's important, is that we are aware of the general availability of each player (e.g. can play every week, alternate weeks, once a month, etc) so that we are able to plan for any shortfalls in time. While we understand your commitments, we have to be fair to those who turn up every week to still be able to put up a decent line-up for each game.Originally posted by ahlians:yo ppl!

Ah Lian, every week I'm stressing we are looking for one more centre-back! If your friend is willing to commit and accept our rotation system, please arrange with Predator to get him down for a game! -
Eh, Rena so committed Time-Keeper .... when can she get a stop-watch to use??
