I guess there're no right or wrong answers to this one. My take on this is that one should give his all to fulfill his primary role. This will at least avoid 'holes' appearing in our formation during the game. Having said that, this will be pretty difficult for our DMs who are expected to cover many areas. That's why we always prioritise the substitutions for the DMs as they're usually covering more ground.Originally posted by ahlians:Hey guys... noticed that it has been rather quiet of late here..
During a match do you think we shd conserve our energy to try to last the game or shd we give it our all and when we cannot take it to req for a sub??
I trying to improve my stamina to try to last the game... but every week when i try to pace myself to last longer i feel that i am not giving my best and when i go all out i tend to tired even before 20 mins is up...

Oh and also cut down on the beer and fags - you know how a pro like me never dabbled in such evil!
As for jogging - borrow a pair of Alvin Chuas trousers and come for a night out in the Boro - youll run all night to avoid being beaten up with those checky strides on!
