1. Top scorer - Russell Wee : excellent goal average..well done bro
2. Most committed player - Robin Goh : brought up and managed the team well..great dedication on/off the pitch
3. Most improved player - Robin Yap : was torn between him and Alvin Chua..in the end the no. of goals scored decided it for me
4. Best offensive player - Goh Kian Boon : always a menace in the attacking half..fair share of goals and assists, great energy
5. Best defensive player - Ian Chan : never seem to have a bad a bad game..consistent and reassuring at the back
6. Best Team Player - Jeremy Ong : solid at the back but pops up with some crucial goals at the other end as well..totally dedicated to the Red's cause -

Happy Birthday REDS!! Just came back from 2 weeks of ardulous travelling, and before that, 1 week of gruelling traditional marriage stuff.

i wld also like to suggest that come the start of the new year, we start recording down the name of players who assisted in our goals..credit shld not only go to the scorers but to the providers as well..at the end of the next season we can add 1 more award for "Most Assists"..

Top scorer: Russell (great job on yr smashing goal scoring record,truely deserving of this record.)
Best defensive: Colin (For his impressive penalty saving record,reflex saves and commanding presence minus the temper.)
Best offensive: Russell (Toughest choice of all the catergories,hence i based my pick in terms of important goals scored,assist,vision,flair,shooting and skill.)
Most committed: Alvin Chua (On the pitch,can see that he gives his all and pushes himself to the limit. Off the pitch,would be his efforts in starting and maintaining our Red's website,contributing ideas to improve the overall performance of the team and also getting a clubhouse for us to drink and be merry.)
Best team player: Khairul (This award in my opinion would mean to be the best in terms of versatility,passing,overall soundness,contributions during matches and talent. Hence i add this player to the list of nominations.)
Most improved: Robin Yap (Tremendous improvement in his first touch,passing,dribbling,crosses and goal scoring ability. Has become an essential member in the team as well.) -

Most improved Player, Robin Yap, see dramatic improvement on his first touch, dribble and goal scoring.
Best team player, Bernard, his ability in control both offensive and defensive mid and always remain positive and keep encouraging team members in the field even when we were down.
Best defensive, Charles, good control of centre defence
Best offensive, Russel, good finisher. -
Guys, apart from reaching the one year milestone recently, I just realised that we played a total of 41 games last year!! I think that is also quite an achievement as well! I hope we will be able to clock the same amount of games this year...
