Try rubbing the areas where you want to tone down. Best with some lubrication but not too much(enough to prevent losing your skin). When it starts to redden, it means blood circulation is doing it's work. Stop and rest. I'm not sure how many times your suppose to do this but i think it's up to you. The method is to use friction to create heat to burn those fatty areas. Not the fastest way but at least it's some form of excercise and it's cheap. Though result is slow. If you got delicate skin, you should avoid it.
