Dilemma.........

now i'm in a dilemma which to choose.....
care to give me some opinion???
my ex-company is asking me back.... but i'm oso currently working now.... n i juz started my current jobs abt 6wks.....
ex-company is offering me a higher pay than my current company abt $200 more..... but my ex-company is in jurong, my current company is in paya lebar..... btw i stay hougang working hours n job scope r similar in both places there r of cos some pple i can click with n some i don like in both places.....
so which shld i choose???
urgent replies needed..... PLS HELP~!!!!!!!!! -

maybe shd try finding out why they wan u back in the first place??..lack of people or wad loh...
but must think properly..skali they ask u bac..den ask u go off..den u cannot go bac to this current company again liao loh.....den u end up in a lose-lose situation...
if money is a more important factor..den go for the previous job loh..$200 is quite a lot loh.... -

actually both have it's pros n cons loh....
i have more freedom in my previous job n things r much simplier.....
but i'll have to spend more on transportation n travelling time.....
here have more pple..... some quite fun.... but not so much freedom, cos i have much to do with lower pay..... n more staff here, more people always means more politics n conflicts.... u noe lah

if i go jurong, travel time is 1 - 1 ½hr..... bus fare is abt $2+, so to n fro is like $5++......
in the end it even out abt the same i guess???

conflicts will happen no matter where u go..
don't worry yourself too much.. to me the two options don't differ too much.. just make the decision and make the most of it.. -

But think long term,that $200 can only cover your transport fees. So eventually,it's the same, whether it's extra $200 or not. What's more,time is money also...spending a long time on the transport will drain you out in the long run.
Stay with your current job,why bother to go turn back? Look for new advances, 'good horse dun eat back head grass' (hao ma bu ci hui tou chou)...
