  i'm sure all of u noe that the govt hares 2 pte companies to give summons?juz saw 1 of them at my hse dwnstairs...he waited very long to c whether car pwners will come dwn anot,if never then he give liao...some gd ones r like tt,wait 4 u...some not gd ones like haven reach quota,juz give when they c yr car...coz my hse dwnstairs is a no entry area....
