The Traffic Police booked 128 motorists along various expressways in a five-hour operation which ended at 3am on Thursday.
Of these, 99 of them were booked for speeding and six others for drink driving.

The remaining 23 motorists were booked for illegal modifications to their cars and motorcycles.
Most had modified exhausts, while the others were booked for improper number plates and coloured headlights.
The Traffic Police said the operation was part of its efforts to catch speedsters and other serious traffic offenders.
It said in the first five months of this year, more than 18,000 motorists were booked for speeding.
Of these, 666 were speed-related accidents. -
