Feeling like she was being chatted up by some sleazy slimebag making an indecent proposal, she filled up a cup and emptied it over him, swearing in crude language that will burn the chrome off a new bumper and make an SBS Bus Driver blush.
Ah Dong never turned up there again for many months.

Jane felt that an apology was in order. Ah Dong didn't look that sleazy, he was probably using some kind of crappy line he heard somewhere. She resolved that if Ah Dong turned up again, she would apologise... heck! Ah Dong didn't look half bad. Maybe she could get to know him better and who knows?
This thought turned over and over in her head as she waited each day to see if Ah Dong appeared. Until it almost became an obsession. She actually started to turn up for work early in anticipation of Ah Dong turning up again.
Months passed.
One day, Ah Dong did turn up. Only this time, he smiled sheepishly at her and ordered TWO soft drinks.
He proceeded to bring them to a girl waiting patiently for him, who smiled charmingly at Ah Dong. It was clear to anyone who saw. Ah Dong and this girl were in love!
Jane was incensed! After many months of waiting for Ah Dong, he turned up again at HER WORK PLACE! With a girl in tow! And very much in love!
