when i was plagued with my probs, i also like to listen to sad songs which made me sadder still. I think most pple likes to do that cuz they relate to the song and feels that a specific sad song seems to express their feelings v well.
But try not to do that... dun let yourself be immersed in the misery.
Take a break, do something else to break that chain of thots, like go shopping, jog... just do smethg else other than wallowing in the sadness.
I once read somewhere that being happy is a decision tat one makes. So if u wanna be hapi, be resolved to think only hapi thots that will make u hapi.
