How u guys go through scary games?

  Im currently playing half life 2.. and it is the scariest game so far that I played. I so want to complete it but the scary part in the game is holding me back. How to overcome all these so i can finish the game? "face your fear" doesnt really help.

  comeback and u will feel half life 2 is chicken feet compared to what you had saw.

  Maplestory is the cutest game I played. The monster very cute esp Pink bean.

  Auditionsea is another great non-violent game I played which can train reflexes.

  Lol ? If you are scared just skip the game. Anyway half life is not even near scary. Try doom.

  Half Life 2 is scary? WTF?!?! You want scary? Go play the last version of Doom. If half life 2 to you is scary, then the story of the 3 little pigs makes me wet my pants.

  dude.. half life 2 scary? srsly? ok i admit it does has it "jumpy moments" but overall its not that scary. bcos majority of enemies in the game are human soldiers.... its like playing cs. i remember this one chapter u have to go thru is full of those speedy aliens... i think thats the only thing that make half life 2 jumpy.. i bet thats wat u refering to. just play a music that u like while u play it... it kinda helps me to overcome playing f.e.a.r. although it may ruin the atmosphere of the game.....

  I think muting out all the background music and playing some unfitting ones behind it will help. Depending on what sort of unfitting music you might want to play, like some ridiculous cute happy looping songs, rock or hip hop or a song that you like, changes the atmosphere and makes you able to continue... That worked for me while I was playing Condemned: Criminal Origins lol

  Lol...when i use to play games, i got a kick out of feeling scared sia....

  It makes me alert and react to survive....which I'm sure is part of the game creators intentions.

  Mute the sound?! Might as well don't play. I use to turn on the surround sound to make it even more realistic.
