I will be buying a PS3 soon
Although i owned a PS1 and PS2, i am quite clueless about PS3
1) 160GB and 320GB - what is this for? its the internal memory which means when u play game, u can just save internally w.o buying memory card like older PS version?
2) Whats the market price for PS3?
3) Is there any difference for PS3? as PS2 i think last time came in NTSC and PAL version. Should be just english settings right?
4) PS2 controller can be used on PS3?
Any other tips are greatly appreciated

Some games needs to be installed on the ps3, and yes your saved files, trophies achievements everything are stored internally, there are no more memory cards.
go check gameshops like qisahn and gamewerks, it should be around 500.
i dont think theres a diff for ps3 sets, however the games have region 1,2,3 which is for US, europe and asia
ps2 controllers cannot be used, ps3 controllers are wireless and charged by usbs.
I see
guess i should opt for 320gb then.
Stellazio thanks for ur explanation
i dont really think the 320gb is necessary, i'm only a 160gb and its more then enuff so far. unless you're the type who download games from ps store.
but dont worry, the ps3 is a good buy, won't regret one. the graphics wil make you steam and its a blu ray player itself also.
