  i just go to the link they gave.. and download the 2 file. one is the full verison of maplestory and the other is the client.

  after installing the maplestory, unzip the client into the game folder.

  i doubt so.. as this is a private server, has nothing to do with nexon.

  maybe can try asking in the tiko-forum when it'll be up again.
