  Hmm it really takes up your valuable time if you get addicted even when one is only being addicted only for a short while like weeks. It makes a person more aggressive imo in short term. Many people who play online games seem to take their ego with their game so they could get angry over losing a game which is kind of stupid and silly. I mean the point of gaming is to get away from real life hectic competition, to relax and have some fun. There's fun even when one lost in gaming.

  Yeah, like playing online chess is going to raise aggression levels. I think it has to depend on the genre. In fact, playing strategic computer games allows a gamer to plan and think with a quick clean mind.
