You are not getting symphathy mainly because these people here have been hearing of such stories for over three years...You can do google search for PSP , Sim Lim, Luck Plaza...
In any case, my symphathy goes to you. Hope you can let all your foreigner friends know!

To Qisahn.com: I don't know wheither you are the guy who put the screen protector for my PSP or the two ladies on the left side and right side of the shop at Far East Shopping Centre, but whoever you are, thanks for your comments.
