U are so wrong TS, there's alot of gamers ard and all are playing MMORPG .. More interactive. A recently visit to the launch of WoW latest expansion .. I can tell u its realli fucking alot of ppl and from all age grps.. So the question u post.. U or us .. It's u.

It's very frustrating when you want a game or two, but you have to connect to another country and suffer, just because your fellow gamers cannot simply move on.
This isn't our fault .. Can't take it? Change game, if not just continue.

I think most of the companies make games aren't as classic as the older games, they rarely stands-out. Look at the resident evil series, it is one of the first game to set the survival horror genre, thus people like it until now. Super mario are also so innovative and fun, legend of zelda is always considered as the best game ever. Most of the recent games just don't have the classic feel. Even capcom release the megaman 9 in the 8-bit graphic and it is still fun to play. We want fun and innovative games, not great graphics but repeatitive games.

Coz most SG gamers are on big production games like WoW
Anyway what is wrong with classic games? They are classic for a good reason as in the standard of the game is there and the new games with better graphics are not on par with them in terms of gameplay
So why play an inferior game with better graphics but lousier gameplay?

Argg... I just went to nearby comic connection to get a copy of Left 4 Dead and guess what? It's all sold out in about 3 hrs. I would have grab a copy earlier if not for some matters to attend to.
To donkhead333: Forget about the demo, you're too late. The demo have ended today when the retail released at 1pm. You have to get the retail full version if you want to play it.

I play L4D and I felt like, "Wah, nice and original, though like a HL2 Mod". Very fun, but ya, same experience. All Sold out.

There are many type of gamers lah....some casual, some hardcore, some like retro...some are poor, cannot buy the lastest comp, the latest so they play mmorpg....what's important is that they enjoy what they play....
I enjoy freeware games, u can find really original and quality games in the freeware scenes...best of all it's free!!

I played WOW, and warcraft 3 ladder game.
When I am playing wc3 ladder game, I will occasionally met some Singaporeans. When asked about their guild, they will tell me its DOTA guild.
Wonder why so many Singaporeans are playing DOTA?
