  It is available in Comics Connection as well as Popular outlets. The one without the extra features cost $56.90 in CC.

  That's not true. I bought mine last week and the game worked great. (I'm completely addicted, and am busy conquering the planets and star systems of other alien species. Boo-yah!)

  EA has an online Spore server that you need to sign on as member if you wish to access the online features (downloads of in-game buildings, vehicles, etc), but other than that, you can pretty much install the game as many times as you want.
