World in Conflict PC Games problem or my pc problem??

  Umm... I got this problem when i started world in conflict

  My monitor fade black ( i thought it suppose to start) but in the end it goes bk to my monitor desktop which doesnt start the game =.="

  Someone help me pls?? Is it cos of my PC reqs? thx

  my pc perf are

  2.0GHz pentium IV

  graphic card geforce 5500FX™ Direct9Xc

  ram 1GB
