Comment: TIBS should not have started this service in the first place. There were numerous occasions when a Service 67C O405 travels near-empty, and right behind it is a packed Service 67 Habit. That's right. Service 67C is a weekday morning shortworking service between Tampines Interchange and Geylang Road (City Plaza).
