  Most probably for Seletar Airport Terminal,Punggol North Int and Punggol Int.

  Loyang will take Tampines North as replacement.

  Hgdep already refurb and expand.Kim Chuan is for Serangoon-Eunos Package.

  And look out for a new depot along southern corridor.Ulu Pandan might be just for Bbdep.Bt Merah will take over the new southern depot.

  Remember we still have new ITH in future...Punggol North,Marina South,Buangkok,Bidadari,Seletar Airport Terminal and most probably Simpang Terminal too.Also its good to replace Ayer Rajah/Bukit Batok and Braddell.

  hope north east services (sengkang, hougang, buangkok, punggol) can be reorganised along with punggol svcs to form 2 packages

  SMB AMDEP ought to be decommissioned once Mandai is up. HGDEP might just be used as a central maintenance and assembly site in future when all contracts are farmed out post 2027.

  Because Loyang cannot tank in Punggol North Int..So together with Punggol Int its better to bundled into this new Package?

  Bukit Merah bus package already say that the way the bus services are packaged in the negotiated contracts are the way they would be packaged in the Bus Contracting Model. Refer to the LTA press release when Bukit Merah package was put up for tendering. [Link to the press release]

  The only unknown are the new bus services launched after the negotiated contracts were announced in August 2016.

  Seletar Package service 850E,851,852 & 860 can exchange with Sembawang-Yishun Package 825,853,854 & 854E.

  825 can use 12m buses.

  169 also better in Seletar. 854E is just a variant of its parent route, like 97e. 

  868 should be in Bulim under TT just as 117 is better off under Sembawang. Let SMRT handle 974 instead.

  136 better to be in Serangoon, 59 in Bishan and 21 in Loyang. Especially if oil prices are to go up.

  14, 51, 61 and 67 should be under joint contracts due to their ridiculously long routes. 

  14 (Bedok + Clementi), 51 (Hougang + Bulim), 61 (Bulim + Serangoon), 67 (Chua Chu Kang + Tampines).
