Spotted 3 A95 units parked inside BNDEP cant see the rego .
I think it's not 5830 / 5831 that is inside since it has been transfer to Hougang depot . Should be 5832 + 2 New units that is inside .

Noticed the diff between SMRT & SBST A95 B3s are the front headlight. The SMRT one is larger than of SBST one which is slightly smaller

Any plans for SMRT to intake more B3 A95? Since there are 50+ bendies to be deregistered this year end.
For SBST, I dun see a need to intake many new DDs at the moment, since there are only 3 VO3X (and probably HGDEP's 20 Tridents) to clear off. What SBST need is 50 single decks to replace the DM3500.

Maybe another 25 B9TL and 15 more A95 is enough.In future more bus service will be integrated and withdrawn if necessary.Dont forget the Hybrid,If the Volvo Hybrid prove reliable,Who knows LTA might ask Volvo/MAN/ADL For Hybrid 3 axles DD?

CDGE will most likely retire early due to the emission standards, and the rapid rate at which the buses are wearing off..
The CDGE B9TLs still can last for 6-7 years of their lifespan. THE tridents and VSOs will be phased out within next 2 years at least.

Sadly to say. The Tridents and VSO didnt able to age well unlike the VO3Xs.

Tridents is in really bad shape.2 of HG Cummins specialists work for GAS now.
As for VSOs its pointless to refurb the exterior or interior probably LTA already instruct to early deregistered.

Tridents from HGDEP are for sure to go off next year right after the VO3x are gone.

Tridents are due next year for sure, HGDEP got to intake at least 20 new DDs by then. For the VSO, they got up till 2021 unless LTA decide to retire them early.
I dun forsee BBDEP and SLBP taking in anymore new DDs since all their NWAB DDs are almost gone.
SMRT side still need to intake more DDs as there are many NWAB bendies to be cleared off within the next 2-3 years.

B10TLs will retire in 2021-2023 depending on lifespan extension.... if the bus is bad conditions it will go off early.
Hybrid ADL double decker will replace B10TL and Trident.
So SMRT side will definitely get more double deckers to replace Habits and Volgrens bendy buses - which is B9TL.
LTA,Please lease 15 units each for TTS/GAS leh,Ppl in Pasir Ris/Punggol also deserved to ride in a comfortable and new DD.Can storage 15 GAS B9TL for exchange..Need fair playing field.
